We accept STL, OBJ, and STEP files. If you have a different file format, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We offer FDM and SLA printing with a range of materials for prototypes, custom parts, and small production runs. For special orders, we also provide MJF and SLS printing options.
What materials do you use for 3D printing?

Our primary materials include PLA, TPU and resin for SLA printing, available in standard colors like Red, Black & White. If you need a specific color or material, let us know, and we’ll check availability or arrange it as a special order.
Do I need to prepare my file in a specific way before sending it to you?

Ideally, your model should be watertight and error-free to ensure the best print quality. If you’re unsure, we can assist with file preparation.
Can you help with designing or modifying my 3D model?

Yes! We offer CAD design and model modification services to help bring your ideas to life or make adjustments for optimal printing.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, e-transfers, and major cryptocurrency. A 25% deposit is required to start your order, contact us if you have any questions about payments or want to discuss options.
Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, there’s no minimum order quantity, so we can print single items or batches based on your needs.
How much does 3D printing cost?

How long does it take to complete a 3D print?

Turnaround times vary based on the model’s size and complexity, but most jobs are completed within 3-7 business days. Rush services are available if you need it sooner.
Do you offer shipping or local dropoff?

Yes, we offer shipping as well as local dropoff. Let us know your preference when you place your order.
